Two lot of ammonium sulfae pmidiai antigen were used in agar gel thrAtation est force poitiw sea and 430 negative sera, and showed 1 (X)% tx>th in sensitivity and sthficity. There axe no significant difference ketween the soluble antigen raeraxed in this exreriment and the same antigen produced in Jaren.
