Summary

In oixler to undersnd serological cross reaction among hyerimmune sea against M. hyopneumoniae and M. flccnilare antigens, mycoplasma antigens so1ubilid with Tween-20 were used for indirezt hemagglutination (NA) test. double iromunorlififusion t and immunoblotting thnique in the study. The result showed that cross reaction ketween M. flcxxulare antigen and anti-M. flcxculare serum was snger than that between M. hyopneumoniae anugen and antiM. hyopneumoniae in lilA test Similarly cross reaction also cxxurred in double immunxliffusion Summary test, except a few thpitation lines joined between homologous and heterogenous antisera, one prthpitution line observed between M. hyopneumoniae antigen and antiM. hyonieumoniae serum, but did not join to form anxaitinuous line with those between M. hyopreumoniae antigen and antiM. flccculare serum. Further, Cross reaction between M. hyopneumoniae and lvi. flocculare was dernonstrai by imraunoblotting, which revealed that nol&tilar weighths of’ the predominant cross reactive antigens were estimaei above 34K, a few antigenic component of cross reactive antigens were same with those of BilL medium.
