olaquindox ( ODX) , clopidol ( CLP ) , oxolinic Acid ( OXA) , piromidic acid ( PMA) , carbadox ( CDX ) , morantel citrate ( MRT ) , difurazone ( DFZ ) , nicarbazine ( NCZ ) , thiophenicol ( TPC ) , sulfamerazine ( SMR ) , sulfamethazine ( SMT ) , sulfamonome-thoxine ( SMM ) , sulfadimethoxine ( SDM ) ' sulfaquinoxaline ( SQX ) , pyrimethamine ( PYR ) , nalidixic acid ( NAA ) & furazolidone ( FZD ) residues in meat by high performance liquid chromatography with photo diode array, Good linear effect could be obtained when 0.3125 ~ 10 ppm standards chromatographied in. TSK Gel ODS-80 TM with 80 % actonitrile and 0.1 % phosphoric acid by linear solvent program. Recoveries of most spiked samples could be up to 80 % after extracted by acetonitrile and purified by hexane. Recoveries of SDM , SQX and PYR were 55.5~ 62.6 % , ODX and DFZ were 17.4 % and 14.2 % ; however, CLP was uncalculable, NCZ was undetectable.
