The purpose of this project is to realize the interactive relationship of drug resistance among bacteria isolated from aquatic environment, fish farmers and cultured freshwater fish. Hence, according to the results, we can prove if the drug resistance of bacteria existing in the aquatic environment can be tramsmitted to human, which can be a problem of public health. The study methiods include isolation and identification of bacteria, and their drug sensitivity tests. The experimental results can provide fish farmers as a basic information, veterinarian as a reference for treatment, government as a present status of drug resistance in aquature and a background data for amending the policy of aquatic drug.
