The purpose of the study was to develop CE methods using UV, DAD and/or LIF detectors to detect the residues of tetracycline and its analogs in various matrixes. By the development of the CE method, we intend to better control the adulteration of tetracycline in feeds and to establish CE as a routine analytical procedure in a modern analytical lab complement the more common HPLC method.
