The purpose of this project is to ensure the manipulation of veterinary negative pressure necropsy and culture collection laboratory will fit the regulation of GLP and bio-safety. Procedures are including 1. establishment of standard operation manual. 2. maintenance of negative pressure of biohazard laboratory. 3. maintenance of air condition system. 4. sterilization of waste water. 5. maintenance of exhalation. Filtration system. 6. maintenance of water and power supply system.
