Summary |
The IgG and 1gM antibodies were purified from the serum of the pig incculand with Tryenc€oma cvansi--the thogen of Surra. They were sexaWy t1 in ag-ar gel puapitaion with soluble meboli& antigen in plasma of infecti mouse and stuicinal antigen of protozoa treated with Triton X-1Ci) . They were also separately mixed with active alive TrypancGoma evansi gotcoo to observe their effect on the agglomeration UJfl]flfl test and neutralization test with mice. The evidence is presented here that the agglomeration phenomenon and neutralization of the protocn could ke indimi only by the 1gM antibcdy; the agar gel precipitation could ke induced only by IgG antibody; and poGitve reaction of fluorescent antibody test kegan from second week after first inccu]ation.
