Two sets of primers?mpb’?O(Al) and LS986(PTflwere used in one reaction tiLe for diagnosis of clinical sreimens (bacteria) from lymph ncdes of bot The sensitivity of the test is 61 .4%(35f3?) and the sthficity is 103% (3202).
