According to Aeli's method of lipid extraction, and Silva's and Ioneda's method of lipid analysis.after 4 times of column chromatography and I time of thin-layer chromatography, 2 distinct spots found at the sites of Rf 0.4 and 0.17 were corynomycolic acid and 1-monopalmitin respectively.
After animal inoculation, 2 different lipid components, corynomycolic acid and 1-monopalmitin, could not act as the factors of the interference in tuberculin test on the inoculated milk goats.
