The purpose of this project is to collecte the aquatic animal cases from culture fish farm in Taiwan. We select the field virus from grouper, crimson snaper, seabass to detect the iridovirus nucleotide acid. Using the techniques of PCR methods and coloning of sequence of major capsle protein and non-struction protein like ATPase gene. In order to know the epidemic virus strains on the field from the cultured fish farm and compare with the other country. The data can provide reference of vaccine development and prevention policy, also resolving the problem of aquatic animal diseases for fish farmers.
