Summary

The stability tests were applied on animal diagnostic antigens to evaluate their specific reactions and potency. Four of six kinds of diagnostic antigens in the market, such as PPD, Bovine brucellosis, CRD and Newcastle disease antigens, showed quite stable after storage in good conditions. The antigen of S. pullorum, however, worked welJ two before expiring date. Only the antigen of Atrophic rhinitis had non-specific reaction of auto-agglutination at the time of expiring date.
