In this project, we will use the NWPF carrier on tidal movement bioreactor to large scale culture the cells for vaccine production. After the technique platform was develped with BHK, CHO and Sf-9 cells, the Pr vaccine, BEF vaccine and others will be produced to save the cost on materials and to improve the process of vaccine production and to increase the efficiency of production. In addition, the improvement of technique can also promote the qualities and competition of those products.
