Summary

The mesenteric lymph nodes of 120 tuberculin test reactors were cultured. Two strains of Mycobacterium parauberculosis were isolated and identified. One strain was isolated from a cow with visible tubercular lesions and M. bovis was isolated from the same cow. The other strain was isolated from a cow without visible tubercular lesion and no other bacterium was isolated from this cow.
