In this study, a total of five dntaminant, hexa-kypyridinium chlori& (HPQ,kenzalkonium chkuic (Zepharin) , oxalic &id (CA), scclium hydroxa Q4aCH), were applieri to pretreat the samples from dairy tuberculin reactors. The results showud that the five dntambant lal various inlilbition activities to cxD’ntamina& tecteria and to the Mycobacerium bovis. The inhibition activities studial on the contamina bacteria were 2% NaOH,0.25% Zepharin>5%OA>0.1 %NaOQ>0.075%HPC. However, the inhibition activities rerformed on the Mycobacerium bovis were 2%NaOH >5%OA >0.23%7,epharin >0.1 %NaOC1 = 0.075% HPC, respectively. Our result suggest that the 0,075% HPC and 0.1% NaOCL were the best dezontarninanis for preteating the samples from dairy tuberculin reactors.
