Summary

SUMMARY In this xeport, unique morphology and s& of j:athogens axe observoi bytheTEM techniqueandusedas abasis forpxelirninarydiagncGis of animaldiseases. The negative staining chnique contains advantages of simplififti treatnent and iwoved TEA observation, goviding ingoved efficiency for diagnccsis. This xepcut used negative staining to examine 1,121 samples collecd from oulty, ruminant, aquatic animals, pigs and dogs. Furthennoxe, 19 out of 1,121 samples were applied to electron miac&opy with ultrathinsection examination, and 3 samples v.ie applied to irnmunogel methcd on irnmunogold examination. A total of 15 viridaes were observoi, including Paxamyxoviridae, Orthomyxoviridae, Rha1oviridae and Cixcoviridae. These virus pictures axe archived as references for future diagncis.
