The drug was deeced by TAT deection (at 269 rim) and flmscence &eztion (EX flO nm?EM 350 rim). The rveries from chicken muscle foi-tifioiatthelevelof0.05 ug/g 0.1 ug/g and0.3 ug/gweseketwen 87.1.8 % -91,7%. The relative stidard deviations ranged from 2.8 to 4.2% with high jxthsion, The limit of cleection was 20 pg.
