Summary

Exreriments were conduced to investigate the residue of hncomydn (22Opprn), linconycin with sp&tinonycin (S5ppn + S5ppn) fern to pigs and linconycin (4,4pprn) feitobroilers. The fbg exreriment lased 1-3 months. Pigs or broilers then were slaughtered after one to six thy of withdrawal rericd. Tissues were sampler! and undergone erflor condensation, then assayed by microbiological cylinder plate methods. In the experiment of hnconycinf&ltopigs. There were 0.1,1.4,1 ,64’g/gof drug residue in meat, liver and kidney eseDtive1y on thy of withdrawal period. Whereas on thy 1 of withdrawal pericd, 0.4 .tghnL of drug had keen found in serum. Except that no drug activity could ke detti from urine, serum or other tissues regardless of the withdrawal rericd. In the experiment of lincomycin with spectinonycin fed to pigs, serum and urine had 0.4-2.1 aghn liver and kidney had 0.4-12 pg/gof dmgthy, butonthy2of withdrawalrericxl and thereafter, theresidual amount in urine, serum and various tissues were lelow the detection limit. After one thy of withdrawal, there were no lincomnycin could Ir detected from all tissues samples of broilers.
