Rabbit anti-swine IgG antiserum was produced by immunizing rabbits by with the lattice precipitate of commercial specific rabbit anti-swine IgG antiserum and swine whole serum. The produced antis erum was identical with commercial anti-swine IgG antiserum when tested in agar gel precipitation and immunoelectrophoresis aganst swine whole serum. The water-insoluble lattic precipitate of swine IgG and its antibodies is a good antigenic materials and it is also a simple and rapid method for the production of specific antiserum.
