Summary

A liquid chromato graphic method for simulatneous determination of suifamethazine (SMfl Suifamonomethoxine (5MM) and sulfadimethoxne (5DM) residue in Pork has been developed. Using Nucleosil 5 C Column and acetonitrile:1% acetic acid (20:30) as mobile phase and with a 230 tim detector, a good seperation and linear calibration curve of S)fl, SM2%’l, and SDM could be obtained. The porks were multiplelv extracted with acidic chloroform and 3 N HC1, clean up with n-hexane, adjust pH value to 6.3-6.6. After extraction with ethylacetate, evaporation to dryness on rotary evaorator and speed vac concentrator at 50c3, dissolved with methanoL The overall average recovery of SMT. 5MM. SDM in pork at levels of(0.1, 0.1,0.1) and (0.5 0.5, 1.0 £gg’g) were 66.12%, 60.12%. 59.50%. respectively. Simultaneous determination of SMT. SMM. SDM. in pork could be obtained. Detection limits were 0.1,0.1, and 0.2 £gg g, respectively.
