Summary |
SUMMARY In this reprt, unique morphology and s& of pathogens are observed by the TEM technique and used as a bssis for preliminary diagnosis of animal diseases The negative staining hnique contains advantages of simplified treatment and improved TEM observation, providing improved efficiency for diagnosis. This repDrt used negative staining to examine 1,121 samples collectl from puhy, ruminants, aspatic animals, pigs and dogs. Furthermore, 19 out of 1,121 samples were applied to electron microscopy with ultxathinsection examination, and 3 samples were applied to immunogel methcd on immunogold examination. A total of 15 vh-idaes were observer], including Pararnoviridae, Orthomyxoviridae, Rhakdoviridae and Circoviridae, These virus pictures are archived as references for future diagnosis.
