Summary

Since 19Q lapini2ed hog cholera vaccine has teen iadely app]ial for hog cholera control and rncst of sows, therefore, acquired high immunity. The tier of colostral antihDdy of buby pigs was so high that parts of pigets’ immunition vre irtrfererl. This is a very important problem on the prevention of hog cholera in Taiwan. In order to know the distribution of hog cholera cokn-al anti&dy among piglets in Taiwan, an investigation on the unvacinaed buby pigs was taken both in Ping-Tong and I-lan psektuxes. The immunity efficiency among the piglets of various titrs of colc€tral antihdy, vaccinati with OP vaccine and lapini2ed vaccine resatively, was stdial. Theexperimentaliesults aresummariedas follows
