Summary

Seral 1gG of native small-ear miniature pig raised by the Dertnent of Animal Hus}tdry, National Taiwan University, was purified by the means of salting out and column chromatography.

Specific antiserum against the 1gG was p,cduced by immunization of rabbit. The antigenicity of 1gG was coinparel with the 1(3 of conventional Pig purified by the similar way as descriked, by agar gel psthpitation and immuncektophoresis.
Result showed the antigenicity of the two IgG were indeticaL.
