Summary

The vims titer of7S strain in ESK cefl line could reach 1O”9 TCID5Qnl, Sndary spthfic pathogen free (SPF) pigs with &4 weeks of age were used to evaluate the binary ethylenimine (EEl)-inactivai vaccines ‘teing prepaeJ with 12 mineral oil and MW Enulsigen. Result revealed that both of then ehcii neutralizing antiIx1ies of the titers lftween 1 :2Z0-1 :2398 aft two vaccinations, These vaccines also confered a gocd protection over the vaccinated pigs, whereas the control sentinels and challegei donors developed visible lesions on the fcot dewclaw areas.
