Summary

Five noncdonal antibodies (Mabs) dixextd against infectious bral disease virus strain P3(O) were gcduced and characeril. All five Mabs were found to irnmunoeripitate 32 Kd capal proins; however, none of then neutraliad virus infectivity. Antibody ooinretitive binding assays demonstrated the exisece at least nininary three antigenic regions, A, B, and c of which the regions A and B axe overlapping. The binding of Mahs to this gotein didn affected after the viral protens were denatured, undicaung that the binding reaction to 32 Kd protein with all five Mabs pxeiererl in this stidy was not oD’nfoimation-dej:endent.
