Summary

By using this system it was shown that as few as 3CC copies of a viral genorne could ke &i. The diagnc6& sensitivity of the real toe RT-FCR and conventional RT- PCR, nested PCR and cell culture methcd in the deection of 72 clinical samples suspeJ to have BEFV inftions were 1901%, 12.8% (8172), 1901%(14172)and 1 8.C6%(13172), respaztively.
