Summary

We have set up the real-time PCR machine and the wcxeduxe of the nws]eic acid &Aon with real-time polyrnerase chain reaction (PCR). The procaiure was appliti to dei canine rervovims firstly. The level of nwl& acid which could te cleectei by the constructed assay in this study was as low as 1 pg. The sndard curve altut the relationship ketween concentration of nmleic acid and cycle numkers could ke applied to quantify the nwzleic acid. Information o’&Ied from Indiana Animal Disease Diagnostic U&*atory (ADDL) and Kentucky Uvto& Disease Diagnostic Cent (LDDQ can ke applied suxs fully to set up an automatA infon’nation sysen for animal insreAon and quarantine in the future.
