Summary

Premixes were pretreated with a little volume of dimethylsuifoxide, then absolute ethanol was added to volume. After mixing and filtration, the filtrate was injected into a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) which was equipped with a Beckman Octvl 5 a4.6X250 mm column. Changing methanol concentration in mobile phase to l0O%?95°0and95%,the retention times of vitamine A?D3 and E could be changed and get good resolution if interfening peaks appeared. Using changeable UV wavelength (0-5’ 325 nm, 5- 6 265nm. 6-1(1 2S$nm), the sensitivities of\it. A and D3 in premixes could increase than fixed wavelength 250 nm, but Vit. £ wasn’t. By usiing eletrical chemical detection, Merck PP-IS 5 4.63(250 mm column. 0.1 M LiClO4 Methanol:H20=99:l mobile phase, alkaline saponified Vit. A?D3 standards could also extremely increase sensitivity, but two peaks were too does and vit. £ retended too long.
