Summary

A high porforinance Liqnid Chromatographic methcd for determination of cMoramphenicol (CP) residue in Pork had In develorol Using this methcd, a gcxxl seeration of Cp standard Solution at concentration of 0.2. 0.5,0.1 ughnl could e“n obtained. The rerovery were 98.2%, 98.9% and 99,4%, xescectively, The average rezxwery of Chioramphenicol added to Pork at level of 0.025,0.05,0.1 PPM were 61.5%, 60.9%, 65.1%, respectively.
