Summary

Result ohtain1 from these tests were as follows:Of the lOARbacterins t. 9baceins maintainerl over 2.0 immun&defence index afrr 12-month eservation, However, the remainal One from domestic had lower (<1.86) immune-defence index. The responses of the agglutination antibcdy against Bordetella honchiseptica in swine were consistent with the changes of ixnmunerlefence index in mice, The agglutination titci of B.honchiseptica were inexeased afr vaccination and reacher! the highest at 4-8 weeks postinccu]ation at the levels of 16)-320X, thexeaft the titers dreased as the age increased. However, the goAve immune of AR bacterins in pigs was not over 2 months.
