Summary

The polyrraesase chain reaction (PCR) with five (1—Sth) ohgonwo3s racers kesoi on the sepience of hemolysin I and two (6,7th) primers based on the sOpenct of henolysin 2 was used to amphfiei spesific DNA fragment for &emon and indentification of Actinobaci]lus pieuropneumoniae (AP). Serotye 1,4,5,6,7, and 9 of AP had a peitiw reaction with first primers. Serotye 1,5 and 9 had a ptitive mreaction with Z 3th primers, but only Serotype 1 and 9 showed positive with 4,5th primers. By using 6,7th pnmers, all serotype 1-’Q were positive. There was no citesreaction among E. cxh, P. multocida, S. choie]asuis, B. &onchisep&a okGervui with all ?pritrs.
