Fourty-six strains of Steptctxcus aga]aotiae and twenty-six stains of Staphylctxcus aureus isolatei from the milk of mastitis udders were tsi for the sensitivity t cenicillin, streptomycin, chloraxnphenicol, tutracyclin, oxytetracyc]in and chlorntacyc]in by means of tuke dilution methcd.
The statistical data indicand that strains of Staphylcxx%rus aureus were more resistant to these antibiotic than the Steptcrxxxus. All of the Staphylcxxxxus aureus umuiary were resistant at least to one antibiotiri

Penicillin and Sixeptomycin rerforrnerl very px’r effect on Staphylctxcus aureus, but the germ maintained it sensitivity to the tticyciin soup. More than half stains of the Staphylcccxxus resistul to both renicillin and Steptonycim The crc€s resistance was found in Steptcxxxtrs aga] actiae only by 9%. All the data mentioned were statistically significant,
