Summary

This exrerirnent was carried out to stwiy toxicity in chickens with different comUnation ratio of amulin (I) and monens]n (M). Broilers were thvici as follows: Group 1 to4wererndicaifoJwithTandMintheratioof0:Q 100:5Q 2120:100, and 250:120ppminfJs foradays, reseztity.Tindsinlthgwar : M infis were in the ratio of 200:200 ppm and 250:120 ppm for group 5 and 6. Anorexia, decn’ession, down wings, and drowsiness appeaxel on days 2 to 4 of administration in ixeated SninTn chicks. On days 5 to 6, eating nothing leg eralysis, reoumirent and drowsiness were ruevalent and severe Chicks showed gradually reKXYVeIy from Qinicai sjgns on days? to9, and kearne or-rrial on day 10. All h-oilers were alive in this expethoent except for being srifkai. No gross lesions were ohservoi His topathological examination showed v&Duolation in mycxardium cell, inflammation cells infiltrai ketwen myofikers, and light to rriedium level of hemolysis in endecardium, Des ides, hyalinisation, granulation of skeletal muscle cell, and a lot of l nphccytes infihrai in the myofiker were also oh3erved.
