Summary

The public health oblan resulti from the commonly use of the cthedox (CDX) in swine feed has spurred so many scholars tgthig to develop a simply and prthsely detaiingmethcd. The mast difficult gob - len was the geparation of f sample We enacted the CDX from the feel by pueteawig with water, extating with 95% dimethylforrnamide overnight at rcom nperature, cleaning up an a columm of alumina and lilting through a 0.45u mi]lipore filter membrane. htI 20 ul fill - erat into high performance lizpiid chromatography. The mobile phase was acetonitrile mixel with double distilled water (20+80) and its flow rate was 2.5 mlhnin. The chi-omatogram showed excellent baseline resol - ution, and no interfering peak. Rexxneries from merlicated feel were 91.2% for 50 ppm, 93.8% tor l0ppm and 92.5% totally, This methcd was capable of deeing from 2 to 0.2ppm for CDX standard concentration. It repeatabilities were 96.7% for peak area and 99.5% for renition time.

ThewavelengthofmaximumabrorbanceofCDXwas 313 nmacord- ingto spaDixop hotometry. These result suggested the possibility of a simple and prerise method for detection the CDX in f.
