Summary

LTwo tu}rrculin est were rerfonosi In 12 aa-ti&ially incculati milk goat; 10 milk goat were inaulatd with Idlled Ccaynelnrium dotukerculosis treati by 03% foi-malun and 2 were incxDulaed with 2rnl live Inctexia (lxi 0 CF. Uhnl). The increases in skin thickness form 12 artifidally incculated milk goats were corareral with those from 3 naturally infaioi milk goats by statistical t-t. Very signifnnt difference in increase in skin thickness was found between 3 natural inf&iions and 10 artificial killed 1n unoculauons (P<O01), and the difference ktween 10 milk goats ummary incculatl with killed lectaia aid 2 incculael with live ata at 18th week pcetincciilataon was also significant (PcO.05). The result indicaed the intifexerice of tukerculin tst from 3 naturally infzed milk goats and 2 infi with live kaxia was stronger than that from the 10 incculati with IdIlni Iectria. The increase in skin thickness of tuterculin est in 2 milk goat, fre from Mycokacterium infection, Sxula3 with killed Cayrielnium ceudotubceulosis inthcaJ that only whole cells of Cerynekacterium euderculosis could interfer tterculin tt.
