SummarySUMMARY The FLK cells with bvine leuooGis virus (BLV) insisting infection were cultuxoi in Hank’ s 1:ese growth solution (oo’nining 10% fetal calf serum and 0.04 mghnL gentamycine, used for preparing the A antigen) and in sal medium supplement growth solution (Bicxohrom KG; used for prepathzg the B antigen). The supernatanis were harves in&otivati, concentrati, and prepared for antigen prcchflion. Both the A (A-Ag) and B (B-Ag) antigens were used for the agar gel immuncdiffusion (ACrID) test and Enzyme-linked immunc6orlnit assay (ELISA). A frMal of 746 bvine sea coHered from 21 prefectures were tesrd with the A-Ag and B- Ag in the ACrID tst Result indicaed that the pasitive rats were 38.74% (289114 fortheAantigenand39Al% (294i74fortheB antigen. InELLSA,theccating antigen was prepared from B antigen fractionated with Sephacryl 5-3(0. The ELISAplats were coned with the purified B antigen for overnight at 4?. Serum samples from 7 prefectures were assayed for anti-BLV antibodies with ELLSA and AOL tust. Results showed that pasitive rats were 38.84% (394/757) for ELISA and 36.2% (2741157) for the AOL tst.
