In this repDrt, unique morphology and s& of athogens are observed by TEM technique and used as a kesis for reliminary diagnosis of animal diseases The negative staining technique contains advantages of simplified laeaiment and improved TEM observation, providing improJ efficiency for diagnosis. This report used negative staining ohnique to examine 1,641 samples collected from pouliry,“ ruminant, aquatic animals, pigs and dogs. Furthermore. 9 out of the 1,641 samples were applied to electron microsccpy with ultrathinseDtion examinations, and 3 were applied to the imxnunogold examinauons. We observed 15 families of virus including Paramyxovirid, Orthomoviridae, l&1ovirid and aliciviridae, Ncdavirus. These virus pictures are archived as references for future references.
